On Tuesday 18 November 2025, Luxury London Media hosted An Evening in Chelsea in partnership with UK Sotheby’s International Realty. The event brought together a carefully curated audience to celebrate the brand’s continued presence in one of London’s most distinguished neighbourhoods.


Held at the iconic Bluebird Chelsea, the event offered an elegant and intimate setting in which guests could engage with the UK Sotheby’s International Realty team and explore prime property opportunities.

The Event

Luxury London Media was responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of the event, managing every stage of planning, partnership and execution. This included:

  • Venue sourcing and securing: selecting Bluebird Chelsea as a location aligned with the brand’s prestige and audience.
  • Brand partnership development: securing Luca Faloni as an aligned luxury brand partner due to the brand’s flagship boutique’s location in Chelsea, and strong ties to the Chelsea community, to enrich the guest experience.
  • Premium physical invitation design and distribution.
  • Guest curation and audience targeting to deliver a (U)HNW audience using a dual-channel approach:
    • Address Intelligence: Luxury London Media’s proprietary customer targeting technology, designed to give luxury brands unmatched accuracy when reaching highly defined audiences.
    • Luxury London Club: an invitation-only private network of individuals with properties valued at £2.5m+.
  • Event photographer and social media UGC reel to promote the event.
  • 4x Luxury London Media representatives assisting on the evening of the event and facilitating introductions between the UK Sotheby’s International Realty team and VIP guests.

Highlights & Experience

Guests were welcomed to an exclusive evening showcasing Chelsea’s finest properties, alongside the craftsmanship and design ethos of Luca Faloni, who displayed its winter 2025 collections, offering guests an exclusive discount to purchase after the event.
The evening included speeches from:

  • Will Pitt, Senior Sales Director at UK Sotheby’s International Realty
  • Tom Leeper, Art Director at Luca Faloni

Their insights added depth and narrative to the event, encouraging meaningful dialogue and authentic engagement with guests. The atmosphere was defined by inspiring conversation, premium surroundings and allowed for networking in a relaxed yet refined environment for relationship building.


Results

The event successfully delivered over 60 guests (72% attendance rate), which exceeded Luxury London Media’s target of 50 guests, and created high-quality engagement in a setting that reflected the prestige of UK Sotheby’s International Realty and Luca Faloni. Among the (U)HNW attendees were Directors of financial companies, entrepreneurs and a luxury lifestyle blogger with over 2 million followers on TikTok.

The UK Sotheby’s International Realty team confirmed a valuation was booked following conversations that took place at the event.

By combining data-led targeting with Luxury London Media’s private audience networks, the experience strengthened the brand’s positioning within London, generated the opportunity for new connections for client acquisition, and deepened relationships with affluent individuals.
