OBJECTIVE

The objective of the event was to introduce and strengthen awareness of UK Sotheby’s International Realty’s presence across Surrey and the wider UK property market, while engaging directly with a highly relevant high-net-worth audience.

Luxury London Media partnered UK Sotheby's International Realty with McLaren Automotive, to share values of design excellence, heritage and performance.


OUR ROLE

Luxury London Media delivered full end-to-end event services, managing the strategic planning, guest targeting and production of the evening.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Brand partnership facilitation: brokering and managing the collaboration between UK Sotheby's International Realty and McLaren Automotive
  • Venue sourcing and coordination
  • Guest curation and invitation management, delivering a targeted (U)HNW audience through:
    • Address Intelligence: Luxury London Media’s proprietary customer targeting technology designed to give luxury brands unmatched accuracy when reaching highly defined audiences
    • Luxury London Club: an invitation-only private network of individuals with properties valued at £2.5m+
  • Premium invitation design and distribution, ensuring the event reflected the exclusivity and sophistication of both partners
  • On-site guest management, facilitating introductions and encouraging meaningful connections between guests and the UK Sotheby’s International Realty team
  • Sourcing photography and luxury goody bag partnerships

EXPERIENCE

The evening featured insights from Alex Isidro of UK Sotheby’s International Realty on the brand’s legacy and strength across Surrey and the wider UK property market, followed by reflections from Matt Boguradzki, Regional Director of McLaren Europe, on the philosophy and engineering precision behind McLaren’s extraordinary vehicles.

The gathering reflected a shared commitment to excellence, where design, innovation and attention to detail seamlessly came together.


RESULTS

The event generated strong engagement, with 63 confirmed RSVPs and 52 guests attending, delivering an overall attendance rate of 83%.

The evening also delivered tangible business outcomes, with UK Sotheby’s International Realty securing four market appraisals directly within the first week as a result of the event, highlighting the value of connecting the brand with a precisely targeted high-net-worth audience.
