Luxury London Media partnered with D Maris Bay to host an exclusive reception designed to introduce one of Europe’s most distinguished resort destinations to a highly-targeted audience of Ultra and High Net Worth Individuals. Held at The Roof Gardens, the invitation-only evening welcomed guests for drinks and canapés in an elegant setting while showcasing the resort’s unique offering.

OBJECTIVE

To introduce D Maris Bay to a curated audience of affluent individuals, strengthening brand awareness and generating interest in the resort among suitable potential future guests.


OUR ROLE

Luxury London Media delivered full end-to-end event services, including planning, production, creative execution, F&B, and guest acquisition.

This involved:

  • Venue sourcing, coordination and event production for the reception at The Roof Gardens
  • Design and distribution of premium invitations
  • Audience targeting and guest curation through a dual-channel approach:
    • Address Intelligence: Luxury London Media’s proprietary targeting technology enabling precise outreach to highly defined affluent audiences in Prime Central London
    • Luxury London Club: an invitation-only private network of individuals
      with properties valued at £2.5m+
  • Event branding and creative assets, including high-quality branded coasters, napkins, a welcome board and on-site brand touchpoints, including a promotional video that was played on loop
  • Content production, sourcing and coordinating a professional photographer and videographer to capture the evening and produce post-event content

EXPERIENCE

Guests were invited to an elegant evening reception in a refined social setting intended to reflect the sophistication of D Maris Bay. The event highlighted the resort’s Michelin Key recognition and its spectacular setting on Türkiye’s Datça Peninsula. Attendees were introduced to the resort’s renowned dining experiences, including restaurants such as Zuma and Nusr-Et, alongside its luxury boutiques, Dior-branded pool area and secluded beaches. To further engage guests, the evening included the opportunity to win a complimentary three-night stay at D Maris Bay, offering a first-hand experience of the resort’s distinctive lifestyle.


RESULTS

Over 45 prequalified (U)HNWIs attended the reception. Guests were of a very high calibre, including CEOs, Directors, Partners and Founders, mostly from the finance and legal industries. We also had a diplomat in attendance.

The event successfully introduced D Maris Bay to a carefully curated (U)HNW London audience, generating strong engagement and high-quality brand interaction in an intimate setting. By combining premium creative production, precise audience targeting and seamless event execution, Luxury London Media delivered a sophisticated brand experience that strengthened awareness and positioned the resort among Europe’s most exclusive destinations.
