Using Address Intelligence, Luxury London Media identified an audience of men and women aged 40-65 living in properties valued at £4 million + in areas of Prime Central London and South West London.
The search produced 4,047 mailable properties whereby the average house property value was £7 million, and the average household income was £274.91k. These households were mailed premium invitations designed by Luxury London Media, inviting them to attend the event.
The guests, who included company Directors, Founders and Managing Partners, spent a good amount of time in the event space, engaging with the various teams, inquiring about the properties and actively requesting to learn more, thereby demonstrating that the highly targeted and prequalified guest list produced attendees who were the ideal demographic for the event. Guests were also taken on tours of the property by Sotheby’s.
