Montage Art of Luxury Event 2024

Luxury London Media has partnered with Montage for over a year to promote their premium international developments via bespoke digital campaigns, targeted direct mail canvassing, and an experience-led event. In May 2024, Luxury London Media organised and co-hosted the Montage Art of Luxury Event, a highly exclusive and premium evening event allowing 34 prequalified, (U)HNW guests the opportunity to discover Montage’s Pendry Residences Barbados.

Key Objectives

As part of a series of international and highly premium Art of Luxury events, Montage’s objective was to hold an immersive and exclusive event for a highly affluent local audience in London, to showcase premium investment opportunities on the northwest coast of Barbados to a relevant audience, and to be connected directly with a new high-net-worth audience and secure data capture.

A key element of the event was to ensure there was an informative, experience-led element to connect with the guestlist as a whole.


Execution

In collaboration with Montage, Luxury London Media hosted the Montage Art of Luxury evening event on 22 May 2024. The exclusive event was held in collaboration with Sotheby’s and Fraser Yachts at one of Sotheby's premium private residences in Mayfair, valued at £24 million.

The event provided Montage with the opportunity to present the Pendry Residences Barbados to a highly curated and affluent audience, and to engage directly with guests, thereby fostering new client relationships, and generating inquiries and data capture.

To elevate the event, and to allow for an immersive and engaging experience for guests, Luxury London Media organised a panel discussion, hosted by Luxury London Media’s Editorial Director, with guest speakers from Montage/Pendry Residential, Fraser Yachts and Sotheby’s.

Topics of discussion included vacation properties and yachts functioning as a home-away-from-home, fine art collecting and housing an art collection etc.

The panel discussion was an immersive way to connect with the guestlist as a whole, and to provide further insight into vacation properties and fine art. The panel discussion was extremely well-received, with guests engaged and providing positive feedback about the topics covered and information provided.


Finding the most exclusive, (U)HNW guests

Luxury London Media identified and invited prequalified, affluent individuals to attend the event utilising our sister company, Address Intelligence.

Address Intelligence’s cutting-edge data services utilise the UK's most accurate property information by overlaying data from more than 100 sources. Its live residential data set covers the UK’s 60 million adult population, across all 31 million residential addresses, promising insights that are unparalleled in both breadth and depth.

Using Address Intelligence, Luxury London Media identified an audience of men and women aged 40-65 living in properties valued at £4 million + in areas of Prime Central London and South West London.

The search produced 4,047 mailable properties whereby the average house property value was £7 million, and the average household income was £274.91k. These households were mailed premium invitations designed by Luxury London Media, inviting them to attend the event.

The guests, who included company Directors, Founders and Managing Partners, spent a good amount of time in the event space, engaging with the various teams, inquiring about the properties and actively requesting to learn more, thereby demonstrating that the highly targeted and prequalified guest list produced attendees who were the ideal demographic for the event. Guests were also taken on tours of the property by Sotheby’s.


Guest goody bags

35 premium goody bags were organised by Luxury London, and provided to guests upon departure, leaving attendees with a positive lasting impression of Montage and the event.

Contents included:

  • 35 x Skin Rocks Retinoid 1 serum valued at £65
  • 35 x Baudoin and Lange luxury shoe care kit containing a shoe brush and shoe horn/ or Pantarella socks in the highest quality hand-finished Fil d’Ecosse cotton, valued at £80

Goody bag value: £145 each - £5,075 total value

Montage’s marketing collateral was also included in the goody bags, allowing guests to revisit the information on the residences discovered at the event, and follow up with any post-event enquiries.


The Outcome

A total of 34 guests attended the event, including company Directors, Founders and Managing Partners.

Guests spent a good amount of time in the event space - most stayed for the entire 2-hour event - engaging with the various teams, inquiring about the properties and actively requesting to learn more, thereby demonstrating that the highly targeted and prequalified guest list produced attendees who were the ideal demographic for the event. Guests were also taken on tours of the property by Sotheby’s.

Positive guest feedback was received during and after the event:

The client was very pleased with the calibre of guest and their engagement levels, and the immersive panel discussion, which was extremely well received.
