Since 2020, Savills has partnered with Luxury London Media to promote its Super Prime properties. In 2023, Luxury London Media organised and hosted the Savills Summer Showcase for the second year.
Savills has four main objectives for its annual summer event: to be introduced to a new
(U)HNW audience; to encourage relationship building; to facilitate the opportunity for Savills to showcase its super prime listings in London and worldwide; and to secure data capture for follow up appointments and showings.
Working with Savills, Luxury London Media identified an audience of men and women aged 35+, living in properties valued at £3m+ within Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington & Chelsea, Notting Hill and the Home Counties. This search yielded a total of 11,874 guests mailable personally by name (average property value was £5.06m, with a total value of £156.19bn).
Luxury London Media then organised and hosted a bespoke three-day event at the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge from 1-3 August 2023, sourcing Fabergé and Gemfields as brand partners for the event. Luxury London also organised goody bags for each guest, with a combined value of £29,100.
The event was promoted via Luxury London’s digital channels as well as with a direct mail invitation campaign. A total of 652 guests RSVP’d, and, of these, 391 guests attended the event across the three-day period (the target of 150 guests was exceeded by 161%).
The event provided Savills with the opportunity to meet a very high calibre of new (U)HNW individuals, C-suite individuals, property investors and several family office representatives. The Savills team was able to forge new relationships, nurture existing relations, book property viewings and capture data. Beyond delivering the initial objectives, the client was delighted with the response rate and the number of guest registrations of interest, and has enlisted Luxury London Media to once again organise the event in 2024.
