OBJECTIVES

Television Centre sought to introduce and promote one of its newest luxury apartments, The Ariel, to a (U)HNW audience.

The client wanted to generate widespread awareness of The Ariel among affluent Londoners and international buyers, position the new homes as a premium residential offering in a thriving cultural hub and showcase the seamless integration of architectural innovation and heritage preservation.


EXECUTION

To execute the client's objectives, Luxury London Media launched a high-impact, multi-channel digital campaign to showcase The Ariel as a premium residential destination. Our digital editorial team produced a compelling online content piece, spotlighting The Ariel’s architectural excellence, prime location, and world-class amenities.

To maximise visibility, the online content piece was promoted through a series of newsletter inclusions and engaging social media posts across our platforms.

Additionally, engaging banner advertisements throughout Luxury London’s Property section promoted Television Centre's luxury apartments, directing potential buyers seamlessly to the client’s website for further exploration.
