This approach framed the expansion as both a smart business move and a customer-centric investment.
To spread further brand awareness to Luxury London’s digital audience, UK Sotheby’s International Realty bolstered its campaign with a solus newsletter, two newsletter inclusions and editorial inclusions within relevant property roundups. Furthermore, Luxury London organised and directed a professional videographer and drone operator for a full-day shoot at 33 Portland Place, capturing a detailed walk-through of this iconic property. The script was written in-house and brought to life by Sam Sposton, Senior Director at UK Sotheby’s International Realty.
The luxury real estate company took display banner advertisements across LuxuryLondon.co.uk from April to June 2025 to drive traffic to properties for sale in London.
To ensure that UK Sotheby’s International Realty was introduced to Luxury London Media’s highly-targeted (U)HNW print readership, the brand took a double-page spread print advert and a double-page spread advertorial feature, written by Luxury London’s editorial team, in Luxury London Magazine Spring/Summer 2025.
