In April 2025, Luxury London Media worked with luxury real estate company, UK Sotheby’s International Realty, across a print and digital campaign.

OBJECTIVES

The objective of this campaign was to support and amplify UK Sotheby’s International Realty’s strategic expansion into South West London and the Cotswolds. This included announcing their presence in new, affluent areas such as Fulham, Clapham, Wimbledon, Richmond, Wandsworth, Putney and Barnes, as well as the Cotswolds, a region increasingly popular among high-net-worth individuals seeking countryside living with luxury credentials.

The luxury real estate company wanted the campaign on Luxury London to reinforce the brand's position as a leading authority in the prime and super-prime real estate market.


EXECUTION

Luxury London wrote an online content piece to introduce and contextualise UK Sotheby’s International Realty’s regional expansion. The content focused on storytelling that conveyed both the strategic reasoning and human element behind the growth, highlighting the new team of seasoned professionals, including agents with multi-decade careers and deep community ties. This approach framed the expansion as both a smart business move and a customer-centric investment.

To spread further brand awareness to Luxury London’s digital audience, UK Sotheby’s International Realty bolstered its campaign with a solus newsletter, two newsletter inclusions and editorial inclusions within relevant property roundups. Furthermore, Luxury London organised and directed a professional videographer and drone operator for a full-day shoot at 33 Portland Place, capturing a detailed walk-through of this iconic property. The script was written in-house and brought to life by Sam Sposton, Senior Director at UK Sotheby’s International Realty.

The luxury real estate company took display banner advertisements across LuxuryLondon.co.uk from April to June 2025 to drive traffic to properties for sale in London.

To ensure that UK Sotheby’s International Realty was introduced to Luxury London Media’s highly-targeted (U)HNW print readership, the brand took a double-page spread print advert and a double-page spread advertorial feature, written by Luxury London’s editorial team, in Luxury London Magazine Spring/Summer 2025.


RESULTS

The online content piece gained strong traction across LuxuryLondon.co.uk, promoting UK Sotheby’s International Realty’s expansion into South West London and the Cotswolds. The newsletters surpassed Luxury London benchmarks, which demonstrated that the type of content resonated well with the (U)HNW readership.

The professional video content was pushed out across Instagram and TikTok, and has amassed over 353K views (as of July 2025), generating a large amount of enquiries to the client.
